About Us

Atlantis Property Management is a relatively young company,

 having run for the past three years.

Jason has worked in the field of Property Management and Cleaning for the past 10 years.

Luis has worked in the area of Estate Agency and Time-share for the last few years.

Their experience complements their business.

In that time the business has been able to expand, providing a varied clientele with rental properties on the Costa del Sol in a cross section of price ranges and locations.

Rentals are currently available between Benalmadena and Marbella. The Majority of properties are above average or luxury accommodation. This allows for an affordable but delightful stay on the Costa del Sol.

The Holiday home is cleaned to a very high standard, ensuring that clients are happy and wish to return.

We also have a laundry service where sheets and towels are freshly laundered and pressed.

Our intention for Property owners is to provide a Management Service that gives peace of mind. After each property inspection we send a Property Inspection Report, informing you of the standard and situation regarding your Holiday Home.

We provide a rental income for your property, ensuring that you benefit, whether it is to assist in paying the mortgage or to increase your income.

We are able to discuss with you guidelines on property rentals.

We also provide “Project Management” where we are able to oversee any refurbishment or improvement for your property.

All designs, budgets and overseeing of work are included in this service.
