Chakra Workshop

Chakra awareness guide.

An introductory one day workshop highlighting the chakras (energy centres) .

You will learn the colours associated with each chakra and their associations to the body. You will be taught how to open and close the chakras and explanations for doing so. Grounding and meditations will also be incorporated into the course.

This is ideal for persons working in the healing and complementary fields or for absolute beginners to the path.

A light vegetarian lunch and refreshments, manual, paper and pens are provided as well as a certificate of attendance will be awarded.
