·    Inspection Report (via email)
·    Ensuring there are no pests or vermin   (recommend remedial action)
·    Checking all rooms in your property
·    Checking that all lights and water supplies are in full working order
·    Checking taps and flushing of toilets
·    Checking that electrical equipment are in working order
·    Security systems and alarms working correctly
·    Swimming pool and Garden is maintained    (if required)
·    Humidity check
·    Checking patios and terraces
·    Watering of plants
·    Collecting and re-sending of your post if required.
