In the Heart of the Costa del Sol the center of Mijas Costa is a litle fishingvillage called La Cala de Mijas. It is only a short distance from Fuengirola and Marbella.

This village still retains its unique charm nestled on the sandy beaches.

Each Wednesday and Saturday there is a “Mercadillo” on the feria ground (under the bridge of the main N340).

Here you will be able to buy fresh fruit and vegetables grown by farmers in the nearby villages. Additionally you can buy clothes, souvenir gifts and handbags! If you feel you want to brighen up your holiday home then you can buy some fresh flowers or plants.
