If you lock yourself out, or lose your keys, or if you need us to meet tradesmen for deliveries, or to carry out building, maintanence and repairs (including waiting up to 1 hour).

Price: 30 € + 15€ per adicional hour waiting

Note: we only will consider a service call out, if we are not in the vicinity of your property.
